I am looking for about 6 ft of Preway chimney pipe to extend the chimney on an old Preway fireplace. It is a triple pipe chimney with approx diameters of 9 5/8, 12 5/8 and 15 3/8 inches.

Good Morning! The thing you are looking for is called a flue cover. In my part of the country, we always called them a chimney plate. I did a quick search and there are a few listed on eBay at this time. Just type in chimney plate in the search bar. If you want a new one, you can find them for $4.95...

I have a 1910 - 2 Story house in Minneapolis that has a broken hardware that opens the flue. Any ideas on where to look for this stuff? The handle freely spins and pulls right out.
