Powder coating is likely not any more durable than the Epoxy stuff. Knives and pots are very hard on a sink. I wonder if Kohler has a re-glazing service?

What about skim coating with durabond plaster such as durabond 90 or 40. It dries like concrete and looks like the old plastering, its actually plastering. Takes some skill though. Replastered all of my ceilings and walls with durabond, first grinding all the cracks and lines.

buy some copper spray paint. few cans should do for whatever surface the door is made of. read can use exterior paint. cover with gloss clear coating or u can add bits here and there of a green patina in spray also then cover. make sure door is pressure washed first.
