sorry, I think I was mistaken - these ones are probably grass 831 hinges. The mounting plates say 830-41, but the hinge body says 850 01 on it. Direct replacement for this hinge is a Belwith No. P5129-14 I have Merrilat cabinets [1995] The screw pattern is the same. The Blum Hinges have a different screw mount [opposite offset] on the base. The Belwith hinge is available at Lowes or lowes.com [on-line.]
