Im gonna suggest you replace the intercom. They have improved over the, um, decades at this point, to the state of lower energy usage and dlear speach we demand today.

Where can I find lampost or light post signs? These were fairly common 40 or 50 years ago. They were of white metal or aluminum with a black finish. They were available with the home owners name or address or both. rrmiller@intercom.net
